A complete, midwife-led package to support you throughout your pregnancy journey. Each appointment lasts approximately 60 minutes and includes optional support tailored to your preferences and stage of pregnancy.

What’s Included

• 6–8 weeks — Viability scan and first consultation 
• 8–10 weeks — Booking appointment and bloods with NHS
• 10 weeks — NIPT blood test and scan (optional add-on)* 
• 12 weeks — Dating/NT scan with NHS (dating scan optional add on)*
• 15–18 weeks — Antenatal check
• 19–20 weeks — Fetal anatomy scan with NHS (optional add-on)*
• 24 weeks — Antenatal check
• 28 weeks — Antenatal check (NHS bloods)
• 30 weeks — Antenatal check (option to include breathwork)
• 32 weeks — Antenatal check 
• 34 weeks — Antenatal check (options: perineal massage, colostrum harvesting)
• 36 weeks — Presentation scan & antenatal check (options: birth discussion and preparation) 
• 38 weeks — Antenatal check (option: cervical assessment)
• 40 weeks — Antenatal check (option: cervical assessment) 
• 41 weeks — Antenatal check (option: cervical assessment)

Appointments are private, midwife-led, and tailored to you. You’ll be seen by the same midwife throughout for continuity of care in a calm, supportive environment.
