Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The First Glimpse, we understand that pregnancy journeys can be unpredictable. We aim to be as flexible and fair as possible with cancellations and refunds, while ensuring our time and services are respected.
1. Cancellations by You
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will be eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Missed appointments (non-attendance without notice) are non-refundable.
2. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time.
3. Cancellations by Us
In rare cases (e.g. staff illness, equipment issues), we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If this happens, you will be offered either:
A new appointment at your earliest convenience, or
A full refund.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed using your original method of payment.
Please allow up to 7–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Service Limitations
If your scan cannot be completed due to your baby’s position or other factors beyond our control, we will offer a free rescan where possible.
